Waterfront heritage farm (est. 1861) with a new cathedral barn, oceanside and orchard ceremony spots, and a commercial kitchen. Wedding packages aren't public; bartenders are $38/hour and liquor sales need Special Event Insurance.

Music and bar wrap by 12 a.m. The farm's noise bylaw ends at midnight.
