$36,000 — Whole property for two nights (Fri noon–Sun 11 a.m.), flat regardless of headcount: from $36,000 Saturday June–Sept, $24,000 Saturday April–May/Oct, $19,000 Sunday/weekday. Catering, rentals, bar and music are extra. Rates change by season, so confirm with the venue.
